I was given a call on Wednesday that my order was ready for delivery on Friday. I called Thursday to confirm delivery and was told to be home between 9-3 on Friday. I waited for my delivery all day (couldn't leave the house because I needed to sign for delivery). No delivery. When I called Estes Express on Friday near 3pm, I was told my order was still in Indianapolis. Not only was my day/time wasted but my poor daughter didn't receive her swing set after I told her all day that it would arrive. A simple courtesy call to clients would have been greatly appreciated. Now I will have to take another day off work or find someone to sit at my house for when the order actually arrives for delivery. Very disappointed.
Seemed like a nice place a bit out of date tho..
