I cannot review their quality of their work, but the way I was treated was terrible. I was scheduled to do a hair trial for my up coming wedding. I live 4 hours away so it is hard for me to get the time to come down for it. I was told that they would work for me and even offered me a time before hours. I was thinking wow this is amazing I can do this and then go to my bridal shower same day. No one showed up until opening time which was the time I needed to leave for my shower. I was so devastated by the fact that I was forgotten. The ladies that were there first informed me that they only had my name and number in the schedule, but no time was written down and must have been a miscommunication on their part. I work in a business that runs with schedules and I was amazed to know that no one took the initiative to find out when I was planning on coming in! I got a half-ass fake apology for the inconvenience and they only asked if I could come back later in the day. It would again be after closing time, and I would have to back track to go see them. I told them I couldn't and they didn't offer a different day. I had to inform them I could do it another day and told them a day I would be in the area, however, it was going to have to be again after hours. The lady was very rude and did not want to promise me an after hour time; She stated, "Well I will put you down for now but we will have to see." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I just drove all the way down to get my hair done only to be FORGOTTEN ABOUT. Needless to say I have now cancelled my appointment with them for another trial and my girls and I are NOT going here on my special day.
